Utilities and trash

Only sewer and trash are named on the city’s pay link. Water rates, start/stop, and pickup days are not on noelmo.org as of this fetch — call City Hall rather than guess.

• Pay sewer or trash online

  The official site’s navigation label “Sewer/Trash Pay” points to JustInter eBill customer 1532, titled “City Of Noel, MO - eCommerce” (CentralSquare Technologies). You must register an account there. This site does not take payments. Open Sewer/Trash Pay.

• Start, stop, or ask about a bill

  No start/stop form and no rate table on the official site. Call City Hall at 417-475-3696. Hours are not published on the contact page.

• Wastewater and streets

  The official staff page names Keith Harris for Wastewater Management and Don Rutherford as Street Superintendent. No emails or after-hours numbers are listed there.

• Community trash signup

  The city’s Clean Up page links a Jotform titled “Community Trash Sign Up.” That is a signup, not a published pickup calendar. Open the signup form.

• Sewer connection permit

  Municipal code §700.040: no one may uncover, connect to, alter, or disturb a public sewer without a written permit from the Superintendent. Two classes of building-sewer permit (residential/commercial, and industrial wastes), each with a $150 permit and inspection fee paid when the application is filed. Ask at City Hall. Call 911 for emergencies. The official Marshal’s Office page has no body text. Court phone and the nCourt pay link below were fetched this cycle. nCourt still prints a marshal name; that is the vendor’s label, not a city roster, so this page does not treat it as who holds the office today.

  noelmo.org/marshalls-office fetched this cycle has a heading and no staff, hours, or non-emergency number. The city’s navigation instead links Noel Mo Marshal’s Office on Facebook. Do not treat Facebook as dispatch.
